Define a component
Name the component, classify it as earning or deduction, and set status and order.
- Display order controls its position on the payslip.
Calculation method
Choose a fixed amount or percentage and define its base when applicable.
- For percentage calculations, the default value is the percentage.
Mandatory and taxable
Specify whether the component is mandatory for all employees or taxable.
