Review Templates Guide
A template standardizes review type and the KPIs to apply.
Create a template
Set name, description, and cycle type: annual, quarterly, monthly, or probation.
- The template can be activated or deactivated.
Select KPIs
Add active KPIs that the employee and manager must score.
- The system validates active KPIs on save.
Use and protection
When a review is created, its template KPIs become score records.
- A template with active reviews cannot be deleted.
