A KPI defines what is measured and its weight in the result.
Define the KPI
Enter name and description and choose a category such as quality, productivity, or leadership.
- The KPI can be activated or deactivated.
Weight
Set a weight from zero to one hundred for the review's weighted average.
- Weights reflect the relative importance of criteria.
Use in templates
Review templates select active KPIs to form their criteria.
- A KPI used by an active template cannot be deleted.
