End of Service Guide
A settlement combines service award, leave payout, and deductions into a final net amount.
Preview and calculate
Choose employee, departure type, and last working day to preview or create the settlement.
- Service years are calculated from hire date to last day.
Entitlement and deductions
The award uses half a month for the first five years and a full month thereafter, with resignation tiers.
- Unused leave is added and loans and other deductions are subtracted.
Approve and pay
Review the calculation, approve the settlement, then record payment to create the accounting entry.
- Calculation details are retained for audit.
