Design the tree
Create centers for departments and projects and link child centers to their parents.
- Tree level is calculated automatically.
- The center code is unique within the company.
Assign movements
Assign a cost center to the journal line you want to analyze, or leave it empty when unnecessary.
- New movements accept active centers only.
- One transaction can be split across centers using separate lines.
Reporting and protection
Analyze center activity for a period, with child centers rolled into parent results.
- A center used in entries cannot be deleted.
- Children must be removed before deleting a parent center.
