Sales reports guide

Sales reports provide ten analytical views across revenue, collection, customers, products, conversion, and profitability.

Summary and performance

The summary shows counts and values for quotations, orders, invoices, and returns, plus net sales, collected, outstanding, and average invoice value.

  • Analyze revenue, quantity, discount, cost, and profit by product.
  • Compare revenue by customer, salesperson, or product category.

View invoices, returns, and net sales by day, week, or month, and track payments by period and method.

  • Most reports can be filtered by period and branch.
  • The collection report supports daily or monthly grouping.

Aging, conversion, and profit

Aging identifies invoices outstanding past due in aging buckets, the funnel measures quotation-to-order-to-invoice conversion, and product profit reports gross profit and margin.

  • Aging buckets cover current, up to 30, 60, 90, and over 90 days.
  • Sales and profit analysis is based on posted invoices.
