Sales document printing guide
Printing prepares a consistent, enriched data set for five sales document types in Arabic or English.
Available documents
You can print a quotation, sales order, sales invoice, delivery note, or sales return.
- Each print action uses the document's own view access.
- Documents from another company are not exposed.
Print content
Output includes company, branch, customer, salesperson, items, quantities, prices, discounts, taxes, totals, notes, and payment terms.
- Invoice output includes paid and outstanding amounts.
- Document number, date, and status are included.
Language and amount in words
Choose Arabic or English; Arabic output uses localized names and notes with English fallback. The total is also rendered in words using the company currency.
- Amount in words is supported in Arabic and English.
- Print data includes when and by whom it was produced.
