Look Up POS Receipts
Receipt lookup quickly retrieves a POS invoice for reprinting, returns, or counter verification.
Receipt identifiers
Every sale receives a branch-specific sequential receipt number and a scannable identifier derived from it.
- Lookup works with either identifier.
Run a lookup
Scan the code or enter the receipt number. The system searches only POS invoices belonging to the current company.
- Invoices not issued through POS are excluded.
Result details
The result shows invoice, customer, cashier, status, and totals, together with products, quantities, prices, and line totals.
- The result provides the details needed to render a receipt copy.
