Create and Apply Coupons
Coupons grant a percentage discount, a fixed amount, or a free product under configurable conditions.
Choose the coupon type
Set a unique code and choose percentage, fixed amount, or free product. A monetary cap can be applied to percentage discounts.
- A fixed discount cannot exceed the cart total.
- A free product is awarded separately and produces no discount amount.
Set eligibility rules
Set start and end dates, a usage limit, a minimum cart amount, and eligible products or categories when needed.
- The usage limit can be left unlimited.
- The end date cannot precede the start date.
Validate and apply
Before calculating the benefit, the system checks activity, date range, usage limit, cart value, and eligible products. Usage increases only after the coupon is applied to the sale.
- A removed coupon remains preserved for historical tracking.
