The catalog provides a consistent definition of what the business buys, sells, or tracks.
Definition and pricing
Choose a good or service and enter its category, unit, prices, identifiers, and status.
- Product type cannot change after creation.
- Prices use three decimal places.
Units and variants
Add alternative purchasing and selling units plus variants with attributes and price adjustments.
- A variant price adjustment is added to the base sale price.
Tracking and inventory
Enable stock limits and reorder point, and choose batch or serial tracking when needed.
- Serial issue requires an available serial at the correct location.
Bulk entry
Import a tabular file or create a batch of up to one hundred products to accelerate catalog setup.
- Import results identify created, skipped, and failed rows.
