Quotations and sales orders
A quotation becomes a sales order and then an invoice, with printing in Arabic and English.
Distribution and wholesale software
Moon ERP is distribution and wholesale software that follows an order from the quotation to the sales order, then the delivery note, the invoice and the collection. Sales, warehouses, purchases and accounts are in one system, so each customer balance and each item balance is current after every transaction.

In wholesale a single order may be delivered in more than one shipment and collected in more than one payment. The software records each stage in its own document, linked to the one before it.

Price tiers that change with the quantity ordered of an item.
A delivery note for each shipment, with the option to deliver part of an order.
Sales-rep commissions calculated from the sales recorded in the system.
Sales returns recorded with a credit note.
Customer payments are allocated to invoices and instalments, so you know what has been paid on each invoice and what remains. The receivables ageing report arranges amounts due by how long they are overdue, and the sales reports show collection, overdue amounts and profitability by customer and product.
Cheques received from customers are recorded and followed from creation to collection or return, and each transaction posts its journal entry.
Warehouses are arranged in a tree and linked to branches, and a transfer from one warehouse to another is done in two steps. Each item balance is split into on hand, reserved and available, and cost is calculated by weighted average or FIFO.
On the purchasing side you record purchase orders, supplier invoices, returns and supplier payments with their instalments. Moon ERP is developed by GT4 IT Solutions, in software since 2005, and is used by hundreds of clients in Egypt and the Arab countries.
